These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wild Ones, Wild Ones Evolution, our websites, game servers, online services, applications, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Kaido Indie Studio, referred to in these Terms as "Wild Ones", "we", "us", or "our".

By creating an account, accessing the Service, downloading or playing the game, purchasing virtual items or currency, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your country.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. If you are under the age at which your jurisdiction allows you to enter into these Terms independently, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the use of the Service by minors under their supervision.

2. ACCOUNTS

Certain features require a Wild Ones account or an account provided by a third-party platform such as Steam or Google.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity occurred because of a security failure for which we are responsible.

You may not:

• Sell, rent, trade, transfer, share, or commercially distribute your account or access credentials without our written permission.

• Provide false account information.

• Impersonate another user, developer, moderator, administrator, or member of staff.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

We may require account verification, email verification, authentication through a supported platform, or other reasonable security measures.

Usernames, profile information, and other identifiers must comply with these Terms.

3. GAME RULES AND FAIR PLAY

You must use Wild Ones fairly and must not interfere with the experience of other players.

You must not:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, macros, automation, unauthorized modifications, memory manipulation, packet manipulation, or other software designed to gain an unfair advantage.

• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, unintended mechanics, duplication methods, economy exploits, or security flaws.

• Intentionally interfere with, overload, attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our servers, accounts, databases, APIs, networking systems, or other infrastructure.

• Impersonate another person, staff member, moderator, developer, or player.

• Harass, threaten, defraud, abuse, or intentionally disrupt other users.

• Manipulate matchmaking, rankings, statistics, rewards, missions, purchases, virtual currencies, or progression.

• Fraudulently obtain virtual items, refunds, payment reversals, chargebacks, rewards, beta access, or promotional benefits.

• Bypass sanctions, suspensions, bans, account restrictions, anti-cheat systems, authentication measures, or access controls.

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

If you discover an exploit or security vulnerability, you should report it to us rather than abuse or distribute it.

4. ANTI-CHEAT AND SECURITY

Wild Ones may use server-side security systems and third-party anti-cheat technology, including services such as Easy Anti-Cheat and Epic Online Services.

These systems may analyze gameplay, account activity, software interactions, security signals, and other information necessary to detect cheating, exploitation, unauthorized modifications, or abuse.

Use of the Service constitutes consent to the operation of anti-cheat and security components that are reasonably required to provide the game.

Attempting to disable, manipulate, bypass, interfere with, or provide false information to these systems may result in suspension or termination.

Anti-cheat signals may be used together with server logs and other evidence when determining whether enforcement action is appropriate.

5. MULTIPLAYER AND COMMUNITY FEATURES

The Service may include:

• Multiplayer matchmaking.

• Player profiles.

• Friends and friend requests.

• Gifts.

• Leaderboards.

• Gameplay statistics.

• Rankings.

• Discord integration.

• Community features.

• Other social functionality.

Certain profile information may be visible to other users, including:

• Username.

• Player identifier.

• Profile image.

• Profile banner.

• Player level.

• Pets.

• Gameplay statistics.

• Online status.

• Other information designated as public within the Service.

You are responsible for information you choose to make available through community or social features.

We may remove content or restrict community functionality where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect users and the Service.

6. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND VIRTUAL ITEMS

Wild Ones may provide virtual currencies, including currencies such as:

• Bunny Coins.

• Gold.

• Treats.

The Service may also provide virtual content including:

• Weapons.

• Pets.

• Cosmetics.

• Accessories.

• Rewards.

• Battle Pass content.

• Gifts.

• Other digital items.

Virtual currency and virtual items:

• Are licensed, not sold as property.

• Have no cash value outside the Service.

• Cannot be redeemed for real money unless explicitly required by law.

• May not be sold or transferred outside systems expressly provided by Wild Ones.

• May be modified, rebalanced, replaced, discontinued, or removed where reasonably necessary for operation or development of the game.

Purchasing virtual currency does not give you ownership of the underlying game, servers, intellectual property, or account.

We may correct balances or remove items where they were obtained through:

• Fraud.

• Payment reversal.

• Duplication.

• Exploitation.

• Technical error.

• Violation of these Terms.

7. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Purchases may be processed by third-party platforms or payment processors, including:

• Steam.

• Google Play.

• Stripe.

The payment provider's terms and policies may also apply to your transaction.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details when payments are handled by these providers.

Prices, currencies, taxes, regional availability, and payment methods may vary depending on your platform and location.

Purchases of immediately delivered digital content or virtual currency may be non-refundable after fulfillment where permitted by applicable law and the applicable platform rules.

Nothing in these Terms removes any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other mandatory consumer right that you have under applicable law.

Fraudulent purchases, payment disputes, unauthorized chargebacks, or abuse of payment systems may result in:

• Reversal of virtual items or virtual currency.

• Suspension of purchasing functionality.

• Temporary or permanent account restriction.

8. BETA TESTS, PLAYTESTS, AND UNRELEASED FEATURES

Wild Ones may provide:

• Alpha versions.

• Beta versions.

• Steam Playtests.

• Experimental versions.

• Preview builds.

• Other pre-release versions of the Service.

Pre-release versions may contain:

• Bugs.

• Incomplete systems.

• Balance issues.

• Server outages.

• Data loss.

• Features that are changed or removed before release.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, progress, statistics, inventories, virtual currency, accounts, rankings, rewards, or other data created during a test period may be modified or reset.

Access to a test does not guarantee access to future tests or the final version of the game.

9. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE GAME

Wild Ones is an actively developed online game.

We may add, modify, rebalance, remove, temporarily disable, or replace:

• Gameplay systems.

• Weapons.

• Pets.

• Maps.

• Virtual currencies.

• Rewards.

• Progression systems.

• Servers.

• Features.

• Content.

We may also deploy:

• Maintenance.

• Patches.

• Emergency fixes.

• Security updates.

• Compatibility changes.

We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain permanently available.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Servers or features may be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance.

• Updates.

• Security incidents.

• Technical failures.

• Third-party service failures.

• Network problems.

• Capacity limits.

• Legal requirements.

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may discontinue all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary.

11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user:

• Cheated or exploited the Service.

• Engaged in fraud or payment abuse.

• Threatened the security or integrity of the Service.

• Seriously or repeatedly abused other users.

• Attempted to evade an existing sanction.

• Created legal or security risk for Wild Ones or its users.

The severity and duration of enforcement may depend on the circumstances.

Where appropriate, you may contact us to request review of an enforcement action.

We may also remove abandoned accounts or data where permitted by law and reasonably necessary for operating the Service.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for third-party materials and rights belonging to their respective owners, the software, server systems, original code, website content, graphics, designs, documentation, databases, and other original material created for the Service are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, characters, artwork, software, services, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to Wild Ones or to you.

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Wild Ones may interact with services operated by third parties, including:

• Steam.

• Google.

• Google Play.

• Discord.

• Stripe.

• Epic Games.

• Epic Online Services.

• Easy Anti-Cheat.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

14. DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be:

• Uninterrupted.

• Error-free.

• Compatible with every device.

• Free of bugs.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Ones will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses resulting from use of or inability to use the Service.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer protections or liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other circumstances that applicable law protects.

16. INDEMNITY

Where permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably resulting from your:

• Unlawful use of the Service.

• Fraud.

• Intentional misconduct.

• Material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
